A refund was offered once photographic evidence was sent. Had the packaging being suitable, then the quality was probably good enough and reasonable value, but I'll never know as I couldn't use it. I've given positive feedback due to the customer service, not the item or packaging. I think that is the case with all of the similar products around the same price that are on the market, not just from this seller. The seller was good about it and provided a full refund.
