A refund was offered once photographic evidence was sent. Had the packaging being suitable, then the quality was probably good enough and reasonable value, but I'll never know as I couldn't use it. I've given positive feedback due to the customer service, not the item or packaging. Looks great, just like the picture and, with the exception of the black end pieces, the same as the original headband. Excellent value for money.
