Sonic Generations' is an epically designed game that was made to pay homage to the 20th anniversary of the 'Sonic the Hedgehog' series. Sega first introduced the world to its star franchise character in 1991. Since then, the legacy has grown alongside Sega's gaming technology. 'Sonic Generations' was designed to play on the PlayStation 3 gaming system. Featuring a nostalgic walk through the Sonic timeline, Sega transports the modern version of the speedy character through a time-traveling adventure starting 20 years in the past. After meeting the younger version of himself, players can choose between the classic or modern Sonic character to carry them through the rest of the adventure. Featuring vibrant remakes of some of the most popular stages in past games, Generations challenges players to conquer a blend of 2D and 3D high-definition adventures.

    Perfect Birthday Gift for Grandson

    My grandson has just learn how to play a video game from watching his older brothers. Of course, he is only 6 but watch them a lot and know all the game. One of his brothers is into video Sonic and he also love Sonic and watching on You Tube. My daughter has an old PS3 and said he can learn on it and so I got his the Sonic Game he is used to playing on Youtube. Everything about the game was perfect, it worked in the console with no problems and he just love it. Thanks for the game.

    Excellent game. I will treasure it

    This game has the speed in a straight narrow path and loops and twisty gravity that every Sonic video game looks for. The more the better but 60% throughout each stage is best thing ever. I hope a Sonic generation come out like this every 3 year.

    Sonic Experience

    I bought this game for my 8 year old son and he loves it! I was a little worried since it is an older version but he can't stop playing it. Great game!

    Awesome Game.

    I've always love this game. A perfect blend of 2D and 3D Sonic in one game. I only wished it was on the PS 4, and not PS Now as a streaming only titled.
