I received the two Battle Decks in their separate forms, the Mewtwo & Melmetal. This is better than last time I ordered this item, I only got one of the two decks (which I returned without issue). The items were new and shipped pretty quickly, package lacked cusion, but made it to me without damage. Thank you. In short, I may think twice before ordering from this seller again, hard to beat some of their prices though.

I understand with a high volume business issues do arise, what keeps me continue to be a customer is their customer service. I messaged them and put in a request for a refund at 6pm and the next day I was issued a refund and a message apologizing for their shortcomings. Items came in new and sealed condition, price was a great value and package well.

For service members overseas, it usually takes 20-40 days. Secondly, the friendly, solid communication from the beginning.
