    Great Book Filled with Recipes To Encourage Someone to Change Their Diet for Better Health

    This book is very easy to understand, for anyone who hasn't been trained in subjects such as microbiology. Plus, it includes several recipes, which are easy to make, in all categories. I was excited to find recipes for things such as ranch dressing, made without all the added chemicals and sugar. Dr. Lustig's more recent book, Metabolical, gets more into the science behind the need to stop eating so many processed foods, but it is more difficult to understand. I highly recommend this book for anyone who is interested in changing their diet to achieve better health.

    Excellent recipes!

    I checked this out at the library as many times as I could before I had to return it. I love the recipes in this book and decided to get my own copy. Lots of variety for anyone & everyone. Boyfriend tested and approved.

    Healthy and good

    Read Dr. Lustig’s book, Fat Chance. He is an expert on obesity. This book of recipes shows you how to decrease sugar intake and increase fiber intake.
