Intermatic HB11K 15 Amp Heavy Duty Outdoor Timer
I purchased this Outdoor Heavy Duty Timer because I have an Above Ground Pool and I wanted to control when to start and when to shut off the pump. I have a 1 HP pool pump and it was constantly running 24 hours a day. I bought this timer after extensive research and I have to say, it does it's job. I can turn the pool pump on 2 times a day s well as shut it off easily. The timer works great and it is quite easy to set up. The timer comes with 4 pins (2 Green and 2 Red), just set up when you want to turn on and off and that's it. The case is waterproof and no need to worry about it getting wet even though the lid does not snap on to close the timer( This is why I gave it a 4 Star Rating)). For the price I paid for this item, I am getting my money's worth. great pool timer
Been using these for my pool for years. They do burn out after about 3 yrs of constant use, but that is probably cause I leave them out in the unheated semi open ( to the environment) poolhouse during the freezing snowy weather in winter too. Timer
This is a neat timer. It works good. I put this timer on my garage outdoor lights. I will wire in more outdoor lights soon and use this timer. When you use this it can be confusing but if you look at it and set the time on the inside of the dial to what time it is, then set your green tab for your on time and the red for off time removing the other two tabs, it's works great.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

Saving money

Will serve the purpose, but...
Using this for a 1 HP pool pump. The 15 amps will handle the pump well, but I do wish there was a second outlet. I use the timer in the winter for grow lights, and having only one outlet limits its usefulness in that regard.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

For the pool!!
