    Seller described part in detail. I just didn't see the full "detailed" part of the description before I ordered. Packaging and shipping were top-notch. I'm learning that, on ebay, you have to search very thoroughly on seller's detailed parts descriptions (often with a drop-down arrow that is easy to miss) to find the FULL description. Seller's item was exactly as described, and even warned it was NOT for my application. But, NO RETURNS means I have to re-sell, and lose shipping cost.
