The outcome was what I preferred, in that I received what I purchased and in good condition. I do not hold My seller or Ebay responsible for the circumstances that transpired.

I received an email stating my parcel was at the drop off point, but when i went to collect it there was no parcel there. I contacted the seller who was really good and the next day my parcel arrived at the drop off point. I have used the printer and I am really impressed with it.
