As a result, since we need to place the server with a client and cannot place a server with gaping holes in the front, we have had to purchase a bezel separately from a different vendor. This is frustrating and unnecessary for a transaction that would have otherwise been fine.

I asked for a replacement- which was sent, but improperly packaged and was physically damaged with parts rattling around inside PC. Again, no apology, no comment, no offer to make it right, just a return label.
