We have opened them as far as the clear plastic sealed packs of 12 tiles, and all seems good. Perfect service from the seller, but I don't rate Fed Ex - they have sent no fewer than 28 emails, messing around with delivery. Honte à DHL, incapable de livrer un colis de six kilos à 80 kilomètres de leur plate-forme en 10 jours. Le vendeur a été obligé de le faire renvoyer par un autre livreur. Colis livré en trois jours. Grotesque de la part de la société DHL !

There were two breakages out of 60 tiles but I think this was a factory issue as they were very well packed from the seller to us. The seller compensated us for the two broken tiles which we really appreciated. Communication was good and shipping was quick. Overall we are very satisfied with our purchase
