I requested a return because I didn’t like the color in real life (much darker), and heard back from the seller in literally 5 minutes. They issued me a refund immediately. Had the color been closer to the photo, I would have 100% loved it, but with the excellent customer service, I have no complaints and would happily buy from them again. I can’t say enough good things about the service.

The colors are bright, and the “spies” caption will be a great talking point when I show it off tomorrow at dinner. The seller is phenomenal, letting me know that the delivery would likely be delayed due to the war in Ukraine… that is way beyond ethical goodness. My new go-to for Russian watches!
