    This item arrived on time. When I opened the package, the card was half way out of the top loader, unprotected by the soft sleeve. There was also a bump in the card that I was unaware about. There was a bump not shown in the picture due to quality. I think you should put cards in upside down in a soft sleeve, and then into a top loader, to prevent this from happening. Edit: this seller contacted me and said they fixed the problems. Great communication, I would recommend!

The seller was notified of this issue and noted they had listed the item on the word of another. The seller promptly refunded part of the purchase price and apologized.
