Unfortunately, the picture of the jacket did not match the quality & condition in reality, so I had to send it back, as I felt the quality of the velvet was not as good as I had hoped. I have no criticism of the seller at all, as this was my choice to return the jacket, so will not penalize the seller, who did ask if they could do anything to exchange the product.

The seller was very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the process much smoother. Additionally, the shipping was incredibly fast. Although there was an issue with the sizing, the overall experience with the seller and the product quality was great. They then tried to lie again and say that I requested a 2XS which I did not.
