The item was shipped out quickly. There was no communication needed, so I didn't rate that part. I'm not sure the battery is new as it was just wrapped in a small plastic bag and taped up. It looks okay, I have yet to use it, so hopefully, all will be good. As of now, I would buy from this seller again.

Battery Value
I purchased this battery a few months ago. It never worked as well as my New Original Authentic Battery. It now fails at around 3 PM. My New Original Authentic Battery would last until around 9 PM. I would like to be able to obtain a New Original Authentic Battery that would perform as well as my New Original Authentic Battery. I am will to pay a fair price to do so. I have tried four New Original Authentic Batteries and none has work past around 3 pm under my typical usage. I suppose they could have obtained defective, or reject or obsolete batteries by mistake..I purchased this battery a few months ago. It never worked as well as my New Original Authentic Battery. Samsung Galaxy s4 active battery
I had my phone for over 2 yrs. I do a lot of Google searching and a lot of Google maps and I watch a lot of videos/movies. My phone started to shut off when in use and the charge was around 80%. I took it in to At&t service support center it was the battery that was bad not the device. The associate suggested EBay to purchase a Samsung battery not no generic one at batteries plus store. When I was searching I saw the price and I read the reviews. I am happy with this product. I hope this helps someone in making a decision. I had my phone for over 2 yrs. Fast shipping, looks great
I just got the battery, sadly my phone is in pieces and waiting for the remaining parts to come in to test this out. But the battery is an almost exact replica of the one I had before. Few things are different such as writing, but Im going to give it a go and see how it does. for the price, you cannot beat it! Update: it is working the same as my old battery, no problem with charging, and it seems to last half a day like the stock battery. Highly recommend as a cheap replacement. I just got the battery, sadly my phone is in pieces and waiting for the remaining parts to come in to test this out. But the battery is an almost exact replica of the one I had before. Great extra battery
The battery works very well and has about 30 per cent longer life than the battery I did have. Although it is not a dramatic improvement it is excellent to have a great backup battery for a great price.
