The diamond is clear, white, expertly cut, and the size the listing said it would be. I am now purchasing my third piece from them and I can't wait to get it. I have never had a reason to deal with their customer service, so I can't speak to that, but if it's as good as the quality of their jewelry it must be stellar. I will be purchasing from them again.
