Wouldn't respond until after I filed a complaint with ebay. Told them numerous times I wanted a refund and to not ship the item. They still shipped the item and I reached and said I'm sending it back and asked them to create a label and pay shipping back. And to still have no response. Absolutely horrible company and customer service. 0 out of 10 yell all day.

Product box was not sealed, which was quit disappointing, when I see in the product description (new) I expect the box seal to not be already cut. That being said, the speakers sound great, and even though the box was already opened prior to me opening it, the speakers themselves had not been touch.
