I used it in heavy rain and wind and it held up. I had an indoor cover underneath and 1 small area seemed to be damp, it was minor. It was only available in black, good for the winter, but probably hot in the summer. For an occasional use, this is a good cover for the very low price. I plan to keep it and do like it.
