EA DICE's military shooter series returns with all the explosive first-person action, vehicular combat, dynamic and destructible environments, and multiplayer modes gamers expect in Battlefield 4. Set in 2020, when America's implication in the assassination of a potential Chinese leader leads to extreme tensions between the U.S., China, and Russia, the single-player campaign puts gamers in charge of Sgt. Daniel Recker and his group of special operatives as they battle through Shanghai, Azerbaijan, and across a listing aircraft carrier in an attempt to prevent WWIII.<br><br>Built using DICE's proprietary Frostbite 3 game engine, Battlefield 4 was designed to capture sights, sounds, and fury of all-out war on land, in the air, and at sea. New amphibious assault missions find gamers battling the high winds and heaving seas as they pilot agile attack boats to combat foes on water and on the shore, while the Levolution system challenges players to adjust to dynamically changing environments that feature battlefield deformation and collapsing buildings. The RTS-like Commander mode returns for Battlefield 4, with gamers gathering intelligence, providing key ammo and vehicle drops to the team, and delivering devastating gunship and missile strikes when needed.<br><br>Multiplayer action remains a key component of the Battlefield experience, with dozens of players competing across a variety of maps in Obliteration mode, where the goal is to grab bombs from the center of the map and use them to destroy the enemy base; Defuse mode, a fast-paced game of attack and defense; and Domination mode, a close-quarters game that requires a mix of strategy and action. Gamers can use the Battlelog to challenge friends to contests and to see how they compare to competitors from around the globe, and the Battlelog can also be accessed from tablets and mobile devices.

Great FPS game
I've been playing the Battlefield series for some time now and BF4 is the best. Great graphics, sound, story you name it BF4 has it all. My computer has no problem with problems with all the action going on and the game is very immersive.

On PC you will just keep playing!
Great community on the PC for this game! The control settings are unlimited too, so you feel like you are the soldier. Servers are always up and plenty of them still. Amazing game.

Luv it
I just absolutely love this game! I can prance around the battle field like a REAL warrior!! In fact I feel like a real warrior! I think i'm prepared to go to Iraq on my first deployment from all the training this so-called game has given me!! I have it on good info that top ranking generals watch me play in spectator mode and are VERY impressed with my fighting/tactical skills. I just wish the battle outfits were a bit more colorful/fashionable.

Great game but not for me
Looks like a great game but it’s ease of use is not like Call of Duty so I was disappointed.

Battlefield 4 is still King
Its a pretty good game even though it came out a couple of years ago there is lots of people still playing
