The proprietor of T-shirt Pros personally reached out to me to better understand the issue and see how it can be resolved. In lieu of refund, we agreed to revise the t-shirt with the correct graphic and color. The proprietor quickly revised the design and color and sent my replacement t-shirt. It was exactly what I wanted. Kudos to T-shirt Pros for making things right.
