When we pointed this out to the seller, they stated that we should have ordered 3. We asked for the free 3rd torch to be sent out only for the seller to reaffirm that we should have ordered 3. The easiest outcome would have been to send out 3 initially, or to send out the 3rd when requested. To be fair I should have read the feedback, which has many negative reports. A classic example of a seller trying hard to get it wrong...
- i***2 (1546)- Bewertung vom Käufer.Letzter MonatBestätigter Kaufseller sent wrong item, I advised them of wrong item sent, so they said I could keep the item and they would give me a partial refund, I said no to partial refund and wanted my original order as I did not like the items I was sent, I said that they had more than 10 of the correct items and could they send the correct items to me, they have refused saying it was their policy for me to refund the item before a refund and replacement, contradicting what I had already been told, dont buy.
