They did honor the reutrn, but the issue came after the item was shipped back. The item was sent back via UPS and was attempted delivery 3x. Each time, the carrier attempted to collect payment, but the seller declined. So the item never showed as delivered. We just want Ebay members to know both sides of this story. So we do not recommend you as a buyer & make others beware of selling to you!
