Basic Baking
This is one of the best baking books for fundamental homemade baking, it is all scratch based cooking, not for those needing shortcuts. It contains my go to recipes for caramel rolls, herbed-sour cream dinner rolls, several kinds of cookies, monkey bread (called Hungarian coffee cake), and a host of other delicious treats for the home baker. You simply cannot go wrong with this book. Book condition is as described.

Great basic cookbook for baking skills
Great book to perfect basic baking skills. The book provides recipes for all the classic brick recipes that all cooks should perfect: chocolate cake, pie crust, basic bread, etc. The results tastes great unlike some recipes which are disappointing.

GREAT CONTENT!
I orginally purchased a copy in the 70's. I bought 2 of these from eBay for my adult daughters for Christmas.

One of the Best Cookbooks
This cookbook was originally given to me as a gift many years ago. I used it so much the pages were falling out. Since it is no longer in publication I researched the internet to find a copy. The cookbook I received looks brand new.
