The value of the figures are too much for the service you receive them. The figures all came in pieces and not all pieces were for it. I had two left arms for one figurine and other figures had missing or broken pieces. The vendor did not even included the other figures that came damaged or missing from the first shipment. fortunately I found better miniatures for far less the price and way better quality.

The seller addressed my concerns quickly and professionally. In the end, I received a great looking miniature, securely packaged in perfect condition, and at a fair price. This seller has definitely earned my business.

Unfortunately one of the merfolk’s spear arrived broken. I immediately contacted the seller and they sent another. Customer service is A+. The replacement had a similar break and the seller offered to resend again. I opted not to get another since that particular model’s spear is so thin anyway. Overall pleased with the purchase but will be sticking to molded plastic minis for tabletop use.
