Since she hasn't started using it yet, I can't rate the product itself yet. However the customer service that I've received from this seller has been exceptional. The package was damaged during transit by the postal service & 2 bottles were broken inside. Once the seller reviewed the photos I sent, I received an immediate refund for them.
