The PAC Swi-RC permits the retention of steering wheel control operations when changing the factory radio. This device works in a variety of cars with an aftermarket head unit that is compatible with OEM steering wheel control. The Swi-RC controls several functions such as mode, track, and volume, and also retains programming even if the battery of the car has been disconnected. Note that cars with the CAN Bus Technology might need an extra PAC CAN Bus Interface.

    First of all, this was the best packaged Blu-ray ever! Highly appreciated that. But the item itself, exactly how described; case shows slight wear which is fine, but the main event, the disc: FLAWLESS!! Highly recommend this seller. And let me add, one of the greatest movies of all time! Also, item arrived a day earlier than it initially said. So an extra bonus!!

    I was highly anticipating the arrival of this sign. However, even though it had its' own specialized foam packaging - it somehow slipped just enough that the US Postal Service managed to break it just right. My luck with neon has been 50/50 with US Post. Regardless, Seller was kind enough to respond and listen to my concerns and provided an immediate refund. My only regret is that seller didn't have another of these beautiful neon anchors; Regardless highly recommend this seller!

    Not too bad

    This was a pretty simple installation. I was frustrated for a while. I later realized I had the adapter plugged in backwards. Very easy mistake to make. Make sure you read the instructions thoroughly and look at all the pictures. If it ain't working it's because your have something plugged up wrong.

    Don't waste your money

    Wait for the redesign that is coming out. I couldn't get this one to work with a Soundstream radio and a simple Honda resistor bridge swc. While their tech support was fantastic, after 2 hours on the phone I decided this unit is garbage and needs replaced/redesigned. The Metra Axxess unit I ended up using is plug and play and can be updated and programmed with your phone. Soundstream uses the same swc protocol as Kenwood.

    durable encasement, high grade wiring.

    Actually haven't installed it yet, although I can tell it is of good quality build and worth the price paid. This comes with all the wiring you need to hook into your OEM system, easy instructions and you will have your steering wheel volume buttons working just fine. I put double din touch screen in mine with a different cheaper hookup, works fine except no volume buttons capable, so I am changing it out with this PAC Swi to fix that little nuisance.

    Steering wheel control adapter

    Shipped fast and was easy to install! If you are not familiar with how to program these modules you will probably have a tough time but read the instructions and use YouTube and you will figure it out! Love my steering wheel controls!
