Good value!
I bought this particular Blu-Ray as it was pre-loaded with Spotify. Very user-friendly and easy to navigate from disc to one of the apps (Netflix, Spotify, etc.). The only issue I've had is an occasional "freezing up", but that has always been solved by resetting thru the power cord. Very good value for the price, and it doesn't act up enough to annoy me. I liked it enough to buy a 2nd one.

Not as good as I'd hoped
Got this brand to be the same as my TV. The link between it and the TV is good, but the wifi is super slow. I used to have a Roku connected to this TV, and found it much easier to navigate with its controller than this machine is. Worse, the only way I can see my own videos on my home network is to use the super slow "Smart Share," from LG. It is glitchy and I'd rather use my Plex since it just will not add new titles as I add them on my PC. The quality of streaming is not as good as the Roku was, either. Yes, I updated the firmware, but this just seems to be a great idea that needs some tweaking.

LG for the save
The LG BP350 replaced my worn out blu-ray dvd player. With the same features I had before it was a great replacement. This unit paired nicely with my LG smart tv. The navigation of apps and menus were much easier to operate then the unit it replaced. Using the same HDMI input and cable I was surprised at the difference in picture quality the BP350 had.

Great Picture and Upscaling
After years of putting up with another very short-lived brand, because it was good during the short time it lasted, I finally gave up. I decided to try out this LG model. I don't have any need for the more expensive 4K models and was just looking for something to play my Blurays and DVDs. I have the wifi on my modem turned off, so when the setup came to connecting the wifi, I just hit the home button to bypass it. This player has beautiful picture quality, great DVD upscaling, and doesn't distort the video on the Blurays, as many do. I'm so happy with it, I just ordered a second one. I don't need the second one right now, but I don't know if it will be available in the future, so I'll just put it away until I do.

Exceptional Blu-Ray Player
I am very pleased with my LG Blu-Ray player. It was very affordable and has good image quality and is easy to use. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

For the money can get something better
It is very easy to set up, but on the other side it has a really bad wifi reception. The wifi signal strength is low and the responding speed to the remote control is a little bit slow.

Compact and works great
I like the size of the unit; it's about a foot wide. Fits great on corner media shelf. Very easy to set up and run discs, blu ray and dvd. Have not used the wi-fi features but seems simple enough if you want to set up per manual. Good player for the price.

Nice player for the price
Very easy setup, but I didn’t want to use the streaming services, just the player. Took all of 5 mins, 10 mins tops, to unbox, hookup, and setup. Works great. The only thing is sometimes it just comes on by itself. Not sure why, but I just cut it back off and keep it moving, lol.

Lightweight, easy wi-fi set up. DOES'T PLAY ANY DISCS.
Upon its arrival. I noticed it didn't have a power cord. I then ordered one, and when it arrived, I set up wi-fi easily, but, the Blue-ray kickes out every disc. Not at all happy with this. The worst thing is.... it is only 3yrs old and looks brand new!!!

Streaming freeze-ups - LG misses the mark.
I purchased this unit specifically to stream entertainment to an older non-smart LG flat screen. While I could get the unit set up, it would stream for about 5-10 minutes, then completely freeze, requiring powering off the unit. Further, the unit did NOT retain the WiFi login information, so I had to reconnect each time the unit froze. I purchased another unit locally, thinking this is an isolated incident, but the second device behaved exactly the same, meaning that the unit itself has a significant design flaw. I'm a big fan of LG products, but in this case, they completely missed the mark, and the unit never should have made it to market. I noted numerous other on-line reviews indicating the same problem. I replaced the unit with a similar Sony unit, and I'm entirely happy.
