Stack of 19 Chrome cards without any top loaders on the top or bottom in-between cardboard, and not affixed. The corner of the stack was poking out of the cardboard when I opened it. (See Photos) Not mad, just might want to tighten the packaging up so the cards have a better chance at not getting damaged. Overall I'm happy.
