I reached out to the seller. The seller responded within an hour or two and kept me updated! Great person. Once it was shipped, it only took two days to be delivered. The 3DS was in excellent condition, just as described. It was even better than expected. I will definitely order from this person again in the future.

Although, the packing could have been a bit more secure, as the 3DS was moving around freely in the box without any bubble wrap. The 3DS only had a thin plastic wrap on it to prevent scratches. I'm actually surprised it arrived in such good condition based on the way it was packed. Took 10 days to ship. When I reached out to the seller they responded same day. Good communication.

It shipped and arrived quickly (considering it came all the way from Japan), was well-packed, and in pristine condition just as described. The paint is very high quality and you wouldn't think this is a paper mask underneath. It feels very solid. The seller was even kind enough to include a little fabric bag with a related design on it. Thank you for a great experience!
