The little republic that could and does
Great story of the development of a nation striving to provide liberty and justice for all wrapped with the compelling tale of two boys who were bought up by a tough loving, hard working mother in the mid twentieth century. Doctor Carson shares his insight from a first person perspective of growing up in impoverished environments and overcoming seemingly insurmountable odds to becoming a superlative neurosurgeon and how America has evolved (and devolved) through the centuries into where we are today. He has a great belief that with some corrective action this nation can become even better than ever.
