    Basic and only basic GPS

    If you want a basic function GPS, this one is OK. I should have done my homework before purchasing and was disappointed to learn this unit does not accept routes programmed on your computer. The only routes it will follow are the ones that it self generate and that is often useless for my preferences. If you are looking to plan out a scenic vacation route on your computer using the excellent free Garmin Basecamp maps, be sure the GPS you select is compatible. The model 660 is not.

    Quality product at a great price

    I'm not a fan of purchasing refurbished stuff, but couldn't be happier with this purchase. I received the GPS sooner than expected, and found it to be in perfect working and physical condition. Had I not known from the vendor's posting that the item was refurbished, I would not have been able to tell by its' condition. Vendor shipped the item promptly and communicated shipping and tracking information. Very pleased with the purchase and service.

    Replacement init

    Had one but trying to replace the battery is broke it however this was like new and a great price. Happy customer

    Garmin keeps it real

    The nuvi the first 660 for campers, trucks and cars is a great little device. I drive a truck and this gets me where I need to go. The voice navigation is great and changeable. Plenty of notice before exits and turns. The display is bright and anti reflective.

    I have had one of these for a long time. It is a basic unit that does it's job very well. Simple and straight-forward.
