The navigator announces the name of streets and exits as you’re approaching them, enabling you to choose the correct lane. You can also create custom POIs, including school zones and airport terminals. Proximity alerts warn you when a point of interest is approaching.Safety features from the Garmin Nuvi 750 can give you peace of mind while on the go. With the GPS device, you can keep track of your car as well as yourself. Tap the “Where Am I” button to find nearby hospitals, gas stations, and police stations. The Garmin GPS also displays the current address and nearest intersection as well as latitude and longitude coordinates. The navigator can even remember where you parked, saving you the hassle of searching for your vehicle. The unit marks your position when it’s removed from the windshield mount, allowing you to navigate back to your car while on foot.
