Product Information

President John J. Sheridan (Bruce Boxleitner) replaces Sinclair as the leader of the peaceful space station Babylon 5 in this complete collection of the science fiction program's second season. Among the highlights from this sophomore effort are episodes featuring military troops using the space station as a gathering point to prepare for war, Sheridan killing a Minbari, and the classic episode "The Coming of Shadows" about an aging Centauri emperor who is publicly humiliated while G'Kar tries to assassinate him. The latter episode won a Hugo Award for Best Dramatic Presentation in 1996. Also, watch closely during "And Now For a Word" in which a PSI commercial contains a subliminal message that was banned in France. Season two guest stars include Russ Tamblyn, Richard Moll, and Wanda De Jesus (BLOOD WORK).

    .....mmmm it's okay.

    I love Babylon 5. Watched the original series in it's day avidly. Bought this set because I missed all of season one and part of season two. However. Of this purchase only 1 disc of season two was completely readable. The others have big, big chunks that won't read. Even saying that, this was a good value. I will simply buy season 2 over again. One disc of season 3 won't even load. Haven't gotten to season 4 yet but I'm hopeful.

    Not just a single plot

    The second season of Babylon 5 continues to expand on the individual lives of those living on the station. Can aliens with such diverse cultures come to a common ground for peace? Can long time enemies solve conflicts and form alliances to face a common enemy? Or are such things even possible in a future we make for ourselves on the space station? Join the lives of Captain John Sheridan, and Ambassadors Delenn, G'kar, Molari, Kosh and others, along with mysterious psy-core officers, and shadows. Every character has their own story and it is intertwined with the fate of Babylon 5 and life in the entire Universe.

    Couple of the discs didn't work but other than i loved watching the show again and this is a good company.

    Love this series!

    I was missing a disc in my set, so this was the most affordable way to complete my set. Now I can enjoy the whole series.
