The dye runs everywhere and stains surfaces and clothing. This product doesn't run and there's no mess. The colour results are more even, and it's a true blue black colour.

Contacted seller (and sent photos of damaged item) and they replied that the packaging is mentioned on the listing and is a cost-saver on postage. Said if there were any issues to 'reach out' !!!! Well - I had 'reached out' and my concerns were ignored. Dreadful, careless seller who I certainly do not recommend.
