    Much better than the original

    I've been using X-10 controllers in my home for over 15 yrs. I can't remember what it's like to go around the house to turn the lights off. A few of my old table top controllers finally gave up the ghost and stopped making contact when I pressed buttons. These new replacements are great. No noise when the buttons are pressed and they did away with the rocker switches.

    Extremely handy gadget.

    I have been using X-10 modules and controllers for over 25 years. They provide an extremely handy way of controlling lights and appliances from one or more central locations. Lights can not only be turned on and off, but dimmed to any level that is comfortable. I would not be without them.

    Original X-10

    I have been using the X-10 system for 35 years. This is a stock item that has performed for me for that time. Every now and then they eventually burn out. This is a replacement.

    Exactly what I wanted! Works with all my modules. Great price, arrived early.

    Because it was the missing link in my established Powerhouse X10 Sustem. Works with all my lamp and appliance modules.

    Remote control light timer

    I've looked long and hard for a clock timer for the 10X remote control light system. I found several which were barely satisfactory, frustrating and hard to program and had the bad habit of losing their programs and displaying 888888 at the slightest wrong programming move. To bring back operation you had to remove batteries AND disconnect from the AC line and completely start from scratch reprogramming. The 10X model I found is MUCH MORE versatile in several ways and is entirely satisfactory. I will try to buy more, since they're such a rare find from Big John's Place.
