The buckle is fixed not swivel for which dies’t sit flat, the silver cap at the end of the strap is clipped with staple thin clips not screwed as every other one I had before, also the material metal is to thin, which will bend easily and unlatch, for this reasons the price is way over the quality. But I can’t say they weren’t as described since there was not really a description of the product only a single picture.
