It came packaged carefully and neatly and strings were tuned down to avoid snapping the neck in the pressure change and all tuned up it sounds beautiful. The company was gracious and communicated promptly and clearly. I appreciate and respect them for this and will be glad to do business with them at some future date once the courts make it clear to our criminal presnit that he doesn't have he constitutional right to impose such burdens on us.
