There was just a bit of spillage inside the box, one of the pigments slightly leaked (and made everything red), but it didn't affect the result of the dyeing my hair afterwards. Just to mention it for the future shipping, sometimes the sharp edges of the product packaging can cause dents and small holes. Thank you very much!

And yes it was a bit delayed from the timeframe given but still arrived in a timely manner.
