Ihad drain companies out but they were useless only trying to rid the blockage. The rods got stuck in the series of bends . Used this from the bottom and top and after about 10 mins ,whoosh , problem sorted. Only thing to be aware of is if you are at the top of a ladder you need another person on the pressure wash trigger
