FedEx is the only service that will deliver to my address, UPS and USPS will not. I ordered, they shipped by USPS. USPS returned it to the seller as 'Insufficient Address'. Seller has not responded to eBay messages. Ebay 'Review Request' just loops itself. At this point, I am out $47, and don't have anything to show for it.

Second time was perfect. The packaging was great especially since the casters are pretty heavy. The casters seem very high quality, able to withstand plenty of weight. I like the brakes. They lock both the wheel and the swivel. Great seller!
