He went the extra mile as our first frames were stolen, and he made us four new frames. I am giving the shipping time a five for him even though they were first shipped on Dec. 20,2023 (2nd set), did not get them until Jan.4, 2024. Not his fault, USPS was most assuredly to blame. If you need to know the real problem e-mail me and I will send you all the stops these frames made.
