Buying a new remote on chance is expensive, they don't come cheap and it can be difficult returning it. The SOLTYR website has a phone number for reassurance and advice and a returns policy. I took their advice, bought a new one and it works perfectly after tuning in. instructions provided along with remote.Thanks

I thought a hundred quid or so was expensive, but second hand remotes are going for not much less so I am happy with the price.

Was contacted by soltyr whilst they had my burner on test, it was working fine and they sent me a whatsapp video. The whole process from posting off to receiving my water heater back along with a refund took just 3 days!!! Great service!!!! Follwing advice on where to check, my water heater is back in the caravan and working perfectly. Thank you soltyr.

Had it back the next day.
