The buyer purchased and explained her tributes were not urgent as they were for a memorial garden. fully bespoke sunshine and angel items will require specific stock which we needed to wait for. We kept the buyer informed of a stock delay but she opened an item not recieved case anyway. With the case open we knew she could opt to refund when on route, she then opted to refund once we had agreed to send.
