I paid 120+ dollars for a professional bamboo flute, and they sent me a ~10 dollar toy. They also accused me of “making up reasons not to send them more pictures”, so I sent 5 more. Then they stopped responding. Even so, we apologized to him and would send him a return shipping label and issue a refund. However, he kept verbally insulting us, calling us scammers, threatening to report us to eBay, and trying to manipulate the situation. We decided to stop communicating with him and let eBay decide. We have sold tens of this model of flute on eBay, and never gotten any complaints.
