This arrived, the box wasn't in perfect shape, but ok. When I tried to put it together, it was damaged, the bottom rail was out of alignment and top rail could never go on once sides added. I asked to exchange it, they refused. I sent photos and they made excuses. I had to return it at my own cost and was refunded less than ½ of the original price. The bottom part and Top Bar are correctly designed to fit together once 'pulled' in position. Customer returned a 'used' rail with parts missing, hence the reduction in refund. It was not returned in a re-saleable condition.
