Then I decided to replace the heating element/coil while I have the dryer apart. Again, Logan answered quickly & I ordered the element. I've ordered other parts for a refrigerator prior to this & McCombs responded quickly to my questions. The parts fit properly, they're top quality parts (OEM or better), excellent prices, quick ship. Highly, highly recommend McCombs!!

Unfortunately this very fragile item had a crack that was barely visible rendering it unusable. Contacted the seller who got back to us immediately. He offered us a refund just asking up to send him a picture of the defective item. I rate this seller a 5 as it is just as important how a seller handles a situation when an issue arises as they do when all is well. Thank you
