Kay's is the first person I go to for all my fittings and I'm never disappointed. I've only ever had one instance of returning some bolts-they were for a project and the head size was different to bolts that I had bought some time before so didn't match visually. Kay's gladly accepted a return and looked through their stock for a suitable replacement, apologised for being unable to provide any and issued an immediate refund ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Customer service was great and a quick reply citing delivery issues blaming Royal Mail, which to be fair you can appreciate. Was supposed to be sent Royal Mail 24 but sent Royal Mail 48 which probably didn’t help. I’ll buy again as I like what they produce, quicker next time 🤞
