What a shame!
May as well be blunt but first my background so you know where I am coming from. I am a HUGE Zeppelin Fan. Huge.. Having said that, I am more than open to anything any of the members did after Led Zeppelin. I had big expectations for this but was sorely disappointed. I got it cheap, under 5 bucks. It now resides in a landfill somewhere in Ohio. I actually threw it out I was so embarrassed for them!! In an effort to separate themselves from Led Zeppelin, one of the two (Plant?) really over did it. With the exception of The Rain Song the songs on this disc bear almost no resemblance to Zeppelins masterpieces. Its full of weird sounds and rants and just is not zeppelinish in any way. So sad, they could have had something here. I heard JPJ was miffed when he wasn't aware of the tour but if ... May as well be blunt but first my background so you know where I am coming from. Want that searing guitar work in Nobody's Fault But Mine? You wont find it here. Want that classic Kashmir riff? Forget it. And the visual stuff? Full of "feel good" touchy feely BS. Told you I'd be blunt. Its just not there. I suffered through the whole thing, it was as painful as watching The Song Remains the Same movie, but at least with TSRTS you get GREAT music to go along with the horrendous "fantasy sequences". If you are thinking of spending money on this I advise you to instead apply it to How The West Was Won. This provides MUCH better music. "Celebration Day" DVD is awesome too....just avoid this one. Listened to and read a lot about the members after Zeppelins disbanding and it seems Plant really wanted to move on from Zeppelin. In a way he did, some of his solo stuff is amazing! Slow Dancer, 29 Palms, Big Log, In the Mood for a Melody to name a few, however I think he tried to move too far away with this DVD. I do wish Plant would just forget trying to 'move on". The die is already cast, he could find the cure for cancer and be the one who actually delivers world peace but he would STILL be firstly known as the vocalist of Led Zeppelin. He needs to realize that and stop fighting it! 20 years from now music listeners will be saying "who is Allison Krauss? What is Band of Joy?" But everyone will still know who and what Led Zeppelin was. C'mon Mr. Plant. You don't owe anybody anything, but could you please do ONE last concert in the States with Jason and JPJ and Jimmy? Please before its too late? The DVD "No Quarter" is NOT what you want to be remembered by.

Some good, some great
I found the tunes they did in their travels somewhat interesting, and good to see how they were influenced, but not stuff I'm enthusiastic about seeing again. But the later tunes, in London with the orchestra, were GREAT - especially Kashmir (the culmination of the influences seen earlier in the video). So my four star rating is five for the London concert and three for the rest.

Excellent performances of excellent songs
I'm an old guy who went to one of their first U.S. performances in 1969. Finding this gem is a fresh look at an awesome pair of musicians. I'm a music video addict and it's wonderful to find something I've never seen before. Seeing Robert & Jimmy interact with their supporting artists makes them a little less iconic and a little less intimidating, a little more on the plane of fellow humans, people you'd actually feel comfortable around given the opportunity.I'm an old guy who went to one of their first U.S. performances in 1969. Finding this gem is a fresh look at an awesome pair of musicians. I'm a music video addict and it's wonderful to find something I've never seen before. OK, couldn't hear Robert Plant enough.
Robert Plant was drowned-out 3/4 of the DVD. Robert Plant sounded better in the London club. Jimmy Page and the musicians were very good. Didn't care for the Moroccan style. Sound quality and video quality were good.

Good play on words.
Great music and a great band!! The music had an "Indian" flair, which has a nice touch. Love the song "wonderful one" and "rain song".
