This was new in package, never even had the plastic film off the screen, was too big for my handlebars and not mounted. I probably never even looked at the back of it. If there was a problem on the back I never saw it. I see this has now graduated to "wear spots" for the feedback which is an interesting escalation of the issue. I clearly missed the USB cable somehow but I did offer to send one, buyer refused the offer.
