AN ALMOST PERFECT COLLECTION OF 3 LITTLE PIGS CARTOONS FROM DISNEY!...THE THREE LITTLE PIGS ARE AWESOMELY COOL!..
The THREE LITTLE PIGS are my very favorite Disney characters! Their cartoons are so cool to watch. I really love watching the old school hand-drawn animation from this era. Just wished that ALL of THE THREE LITTLE PIGS cartoons were included on this DVD set. Missing from this volume is 1939's "THE PRACTICAL PIG" (where the Big Bad Wolf captures Piper and Fifer Pig and Practical Pig rescues his brothers from the wolf with a homemade machine), and 1941's "THE THRIFTY PIG" ( a WW2 theatrical short where Practical Pig builds his house out of War Bonds so that the wolf can't blow his house down), and 1939's "MICKEY'S POLO TEAM" (where the 3 Little Pigs have a cameo and The big Bad Wolf is actually playing on Mickey's Polo team against Hollywood celebrities of the late 1930's). I really wished Disney would have included these 3 cartoons as well to make the set complete. But I really DO LOVE that Disney added ELMER THE ELEPHANT and THE THREE BLIND MOUSEKETEERS as bonus cartoons! Elmer and The Mouseketeers are such great characters who really should have had even way more theatrical shorts made than this. Still, this is a wonderfully fun collection of cartoons to watch. Nice collection of Silly Symphonies on DVD
This is a nice collection of Silly Symphonies on DVD. It includes the majority of the classic Disney cartoons starring the Three Little Pigs. I kind of wish it included “The Practical Pig”, but it’s still a nice compilation!Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu
