    Shipping was timely which I appreciated. The game was exactly as described and at a fair price - quite frankly cheaper than some board game stores sold it at back when it was in print. The best point by far though is the extremely effective packaging. The game box was in pristine condition upon arrival even though the shipping box was a bit banged up from transport (to be expected). All in all it was a no nonsense transaction. Saved the seller and hope to buy from them again.

    The seller shipped the book quickly, it was carefully rolled in a bubble mailer pouch and put into a close fitting cardboard box. The book still had its original cling wrap so it was definitely brand new as described. Despite the book apparently being out of print, the seller charged a reasonable price and didn’t try to scalp me on the product.

    Fun non-collectible deckbuilding game

    This is a great game, easy rules with surprisingly complex and deep mechanics. Each faction pairs with any other faction tolerably well, although some combinations are certainly stronger that others. The bigger, geekier box has ample space for all of the expansions that have been published, with enough room left over for at least another dozen expansions, easily. The game plays quickly when everyone is familiar with the factions that they are playing, although many factions allow digging through the deck to look for certain types of cards, so the huge number of factions can make it difficult to gain that level of familiarity with all of them.

    Best Game on the Market

    - I won't go into the details of this game because there are plenty of detailed reviews out there already. I will just say it is my favorite board game/ card game. The original is excellent by itself, but the expansions add plenty of value and interesting variation to the game. I play the game with family and friends. That includes nieces and nephews as young as seven years old. They are capable players who often win. - I have heard grumblings about some of the expansions, but I would say that even the oft-maligned Cthulhu expansion adds interesting strategy twists to the game. I like every expansion. Of course, I have my favorites. - The Shapeshifters, Geeks, Robots, Halflings, Mad Scientists and Mythic Greeks are some of my favorites.     Smash up is one fo the funnest board games that my family has played this year! it is so fun that we purchased every expansion to it. this makes for hours upon hours of entertainment thanks1

    Genre-crossing card battle game

    Creative mash-up of genres in a game that can be enjoyed by parents and their young adult teens alike. If you are looking for a quick game, this isn't it, but it is sure fun to play!

    Pretty Damn Cool

    Everything arrived in good condition, all is as expected, speedy delivery. This game is fun and silly. The expansions add all sorts of twists and turns to gameplay. Other than playing it for fun, I also use it to covertly teach my nephews about law. In an interpretation, this is a gamified court of law with a bunch of seemingly conflicting statutes and zany situations. It has a body of statutory law in the card text and in the instruction manual. A body of case law, FAQ, AEG Website, Board-game forums, and house rulings.
